The granddaughter (she/her) of Polish-Jewish immigrants who arrived in Canada post-WW2, I was raised on my grandparents' active farm in BC. I currently live with my three children on the unceded and stolen lands of the Ê·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m, sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and selÌ“ílÌ“witulh peoples.

A Registered Clinical Counsellor (Reg # 20603), I completed my MA from the University of British Columbia in 2012. Additional studies have focused on child and youth development, with a particular interest in neurodivergent children and their parents. I work through a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming lens with clients, helping clients to build happier, healthier, more authentic lives. As a part of sessions, I provide psycho-education to better understand individual strengths, process unpleasant feelings and develop skills to navigate stress.
